We develop lifelong relationships with our clients, who receive annual general updates through the Peace of Mind Service, which prods them to talk to us if there may be changes needed*. The conversation doesn’t cost any extra, and probably 4 times out of five, no changes are actually needed as our documents are widely drafted to anticipate the inevitable changing circumstances. We do charge if changes are needed, but members receive a useful discount on our standard fees.
